The drama started after the BBNaija winner bragged that her Hermes bag is more popular than some people in Nigeria.
Mercy said in the video;
“Don’t let anything touch it. See these two bags, I think in Nigeria, they are more popular than some people. I mean it when I say it. This bag trended for like five days if I’m not mistaken. Everybody was just talking about it. Why? I love it and that made me value whatever I spent on it.”
Reacting to this, Nigerians dragged her mercilessly, with a host of them advising her to learn how to speak well before bragging.
Mercy Eke however, in her response to a fan who dragged her for speaking wrong English, wrote;
“But it got you talking. Queen shitt”.
