Davido has revealed he worked hard to carve a niche in the music industry unlike most kids who come from rich homes.
Davido whose family is one of the richest in Osun State, said most rich kids don’t feel the need to work hard because of the wealth already acquired by their parents.
The singer revealed that it was difficult for him to press forward into music because where he was from, the rule was to get a degree and join in the family business.
The father of three admitted that his dad still paid his dues and he also recounted that his mum died when he was just 11 years old and by then, he knew what he needed to do.
